Service Fees
Standard Service (5 working days and above) starts from RM30 for Extra Small packaging and increases by RM5 per size tier.
Express Service (3–5 working days) starts from RM50 for Extra Small packaging and increases by RM5 per size tier.
Delivery back to customer follows standard checkout shipping rates if using our packaging.

We love bulk gifting! Discounts are automatically applied at checkout:
- 10 units and above: 2.5% off
- 50 units and above: 5% off

Lead Times & Delivery
Our delivery timelines depend on the items in your box, the presence of pre-order items, and your order volume. Larger quantities require extra preparation time. All timelines include a standard 3-day preparation buffer.
Lead Time by Order Volume:
- 1 to 9 units: Standard items 3–5 working days, with pre-order 7–10 working days
- 10 to 49 units: Standard 5–7 working days, pre-order 10–12 working days
- 50 to 99 units: Standard 7–10 working days, pre-order 12–15 working days
- 100 units and above: Standard 14–35 working days depending on volume and pre-order items
Estimated Delivery After Dispatch:
- West Malaysia: 1–3 days
- East Malaysia: 3–7 days
All boxes are securely packed and include tracking once dispatched.

Terms & Conditions
1. Scope of Service
This service covers curation, arrangement, assembly, quality checking, and preparation of completed gift units based on items provided by the customer or purchased through Healthy Gifts Hub.
Note: Packaging may not be required in all cases; prices include curation and personalization.
2. Standard Lead Time
Lead days displayed are based on 10 units.
For every additional 10 units, lead time will increase by 1 additional day to accommodate higher volume and workflow planning.
• Example: 1–10 units = standard lead days
• 11–20 units = +1 day
• 21–30 units = +2 days, and so on.
3. Express or Slim Lead Time Requests
Requests for timelines shorter than standard (express) will incur additional fees. Approval is subject to workforce, material availability, and operational capacity.
4. Fees for Self-Arrangement, Drop-Off, or Customer-Supplied Items
Even if customers arrange their own drop-off, pick-up, or provide items:
• A service fee applies to cover operational resources, including labour, workflow prioritization, logistics coordination, workspace usage, and handling of express requests.
5. Condition of Customer-Supplied Items and Packaging
• All customer-supplied items and packaging are subject to feasibility, condition, and sourcing timelines.
• If any item or packaging is not workable, Healthy Gifts Hub will suggest alternatives before proceeding.
• Healthy Gifts Hub is not responsible for defects, damage, or quality issues from customer-supplied items.
6. Packaging Style & Visual Outcome
• Healthy Gifts Hub will follow standard presentation guidelines.
• Requests for specific themes or colours will be accommodated as far as materials and availability allow.
7. Revisions & Adjustments
• Up to one minor revision is included.
• Major changes after assembly begins may incur additional charges.
8. Cancellations
• No cancellations or refunds after order confirmation.
9. Damage, Loss, or Handling Risk
• Healthy Gifts Hub exercises utmost care but is not liable for:
– Fragile or easily damaged customer-supplied items
– Manufacturing defects
– Incorrect sizing, leaks, or external conditions beyond control
10. Quantity Accuracy
• Customers must confirm quantities; discrepancies may affect timelines.
• Lead time adjustments may apply for late or incomplete delivery of items.
11. Delivery & Collection
• Service is currently only available within Malaysia.
• Collection or drop-off fees apply for Klang Valley; outside Klang Valley, customers must arrange their own delivery.
• On-demand self-arrangement (Grab, Lalamove, etc.) is allowed, and the customer bears all costs.
12. Festive Periods
• Lead times may vary during peak or festive periods.
13. Final Acceptance
• Once items are handed over or delivered, the job is considered complete.
• Any issues must be raised within 24 hours of receipt.
