Personal & Contact Details
How We Reach You & Identify Your Profile
This section captures your basic identity and contact information. Ensure all details are accurate as they will be used for all future communications regarding your collaboration.
Fields In This Section:
- First Name & Last Name: Use your full legal or professional name as you wish to be addressed
- Email Address: Use an active email you check regularly — all notifications and updates will be sent here
- Mobile/WhatsApp Number: Include your full number with country code (e.g. 60123456789). This is our primary channel for quick updates and coordination
Tip: Double-check your email and mobile number before submitting — incorrect details may delay your onboarding.
LinkedIn & Identity Verification
Establish Your Professional Credibility Online
Your LinkedIn profile helps us verify your professional background and credibility as a collaborator. This is a standard part of our profile review process.
Fields In This Section:
- LinkedIn Profile ID: Enter your full LinkedIn URL (e.g. linkedin.com/in/yourprofilename). Ensure your profile is set to public so our team can view it
- Is Your LinkedIn Profile Verified?: Select Yes or No. A verified profile with a complete work history and credentials strengthens your application
Tip: Before submitting, update your LinkedIn profile to reflect your current role, certifications, and specializations. A complete profile makes a strong first impression.
Role Classification
Define How You Operate As A Collaborator
This section helps us understand the structure under which you operate professionally. Select the option that most accurately reflects your current working arrangement.
Options Available:
- Freelancer/Personal (no company portfolio): You operate independently without a registered business entity
- Personal (with own company portfolio): You have your own registered business or brand that you operate under
- Assigned company profile (with employer's portfolio): You are representing or affiliated with an employer or organisation
- Other: If none of the above apply, select this and provide further details in the follow-up field
Tip: Your role classification helps us align your profile to the right collaboration structure and opportunities on the platform. Choose the option that best reflects how you currently work.
Core Expertise & Service Offerings
Tell Us What You Do & What You Can Deliver
This section is the heart of your profile — it tells us what you specialise in and what you can offer to clients through the WCH platform.
Fields In This Section:
- Core Expertise Area: State your primary area of professional expertise (e.g. Mental Health, Nutrition, Fitness, Mindfulness, Corporate Wellness, Hypnotherapy, Coaching)
- Service Offerings (Programs / Sessions / Modules): List the specific programs, sessions, or modules you are able to deliver. Be as specific as possible — include program names, formats, and target audiences where relevant
Tip: The more specific and detailed your service offerings, the better we can match you to relevant client requests. Avoid generic descriptions — list actual program titles or session types you have delivered before.
Experience & HRD Corp Status
Your Professional Track Record & Funding Eligibility
This section captures your professional experience level and whether your programs are eligible for HRD Corp funding — a key factor for corporate client bookings in Malaysia.
Fields In This Section:
- Years of Experience: Indicate your total years of professional experience delivering programs, sessions, or services in your area of expertise
- HRD Corp Claimable Courses: Select the option that best reflects your current status — Yes (registered and claimable), No, In Progress, Non-Registered Community Focus, or Others
- Others Detail: If you selected Others, provide further details about your claimable course status or alternative funding eligibility
Tip: HRD Corp claimable status is a significant advantage for corporate bookings. If you are in the process of registering, select "In Progress" and we will factor this into your profile matching.
Certifications & Corporate Readiness
Your Credentials & Availability For Corporate Engagements
This section captures your formal credentials and your readiness to take on corporate bookings through the WCH platform.
Fields In This Section:
- Certifications / Qualifications: List all relevant professional certifications, academic qualifications, and accreditations. Include the issuing body and year where possible (e.g. "Certified Mental Health First Aider — MHFA England, 2022")
- Corporate Bookings: Indicate whether you are open to corporate bookings — Yes or No. Corporate engagements typically involve larger groups, structured programs, and organisational clients
Tip: Strong credentials and corporate readiness significantly increase your visibility and matching priority on the platform. List all relevant certifications — even those that may seem minor can be relevant to specific client requests.
Delivery & Facility Preferences
How & Where You Prefer To Deliver Your Programs
This section helps us understand your preferred working environment and logistical setup so we can match you with suitable engagements.
Fields In This Section:

- Participant Size Comfort Level: Select the group size range you are most comfortable delivering to — 1–25, 25–50, 50–100, or 100+
Tip: Accurate facility and capacity information helps us plan engagements efficiently. If you are flexible across multiple settings, indicate this clearly in the facility requirements field.
Session Flexibility & Travel
Your Availability For Different Formats & Locations
This section captures how flexible you are with session formats, locations, and delivery styles — helping us match you with the widest range of suitable opportunities.
Fields In This Section:
- Comfort with Recorded / Hybrid Sessions: Indicate whether you are comfortable with live sessions only, recorded sessions, or hybrid formats combining live and virtual participants

- Preferred Session Lengths: Select the session durations you typically deliver — 1–2 hours, half-day (3–4 hours), full-day (6–8 hours), or multi-day workshops
Tip: Greater flexibility in session format and travel increases the volume and variety of opportunities available to you. If you are open to travel with conditions, note this in the relevant field.
