There are two distinct commission tracks under the WCH Affiliate Program:

1. WCH Programs and Services — Fixed Rate
All wellness programs and services offered through the Wellness Circle Hub platform are subject to a fixed commission rate of 5% on the confirmed base program or service fee.

2. HGH Selected Products — Special Rate
Selected products listed under the Healthy Gifts Hub (HGH) Special Product Commission Listing are eligible for a commission of up to 25%, subject to the product's eligibility status at the time of the referred sale. WCH reserves the right to update the Special Product Commission Listing at any time.

Important — Commission Exclusions:
Commission is calculated on the base program, service, or product fee only. It expressly excludes all pass-through and variable costs associated with facilitation, including but not limited to: shipping and logistics fees, facility and venue costs, accommodation, meals, travel, and any other variable costs incurred in accommodating the client, practitioner, or vendor. These are treated as separate cost items and are not commissionable.

Illustrative Examples (for simulation purposes only — actual program names, pricing, and rates are subject to confirmation at the time of listing):

• WCH Premium Wellness Retreat (5-Day Immersive) — RM 8,500 base fee · 5% = RM 425 commission
• WCH Executive Burnout Recovery Retreat (3-Day) — RM 5,800 base fee · 5% = RM 290 commission
• WCH Mindfulness and Resilience Workshop (Full Day) — RM 980 base fee · 5% = RM 49 commission

All commissions and referral activity are tracked in real time through your personal affiliate dashboard, powered by UpPromote. You will have full visibility over your referral performance, commission status, and payout history at all times.

Illustrative Example (for simulation purposes only):
Referred client signs up for a WCH Executive Burnout Recovery Retreat (3-Day) at RM 5,800 base fee on Day 45 of their cookie window. Commission earned: 5% of RM 5,800 = RM 290. Note: commission excludes any facility, accommodation, or variable facilitation costs associated with the retreat.

Setting Up Your Affiliate Dashboard:
Once registered, log in to your UpPromote dashboard to complete your affiliate profile and configure your notification preferences. Keeping your profile and payment details up to date ensures timely commission processing and accurate communication from WCH.

Commissions become eligible for payout 14 days from the confirmed product delivery date or program completion date — not from the date of purchase. This ensures commission is only processed on fulfilled and non-cancelled orders and programs.

For programs or services ordered in batches, plan packages, or multi-session arrangements, commission is calculated on a pro-rata basis, aggregated from the confirmed per-program or per-session value delivered to the client.

A minimum accumulated commission balance of RM100 is required to qualify for a payout. Commissions that have not yet reached this threshold will carry forward to the next payout cycle.

Payment is made via bank transfer within 14 days of the commission eligibility date. To ensure timely processing, please keep your payment details updated in Settings > Payment within your affiliate dashboard. Delays resulting from incomplete or inaccurate payment information are the responsibility of the affiliate.

Note: Commissions on refunded or cancelled orders and programs will be reversed or forfeited.

A curated suite of brand-approved marketing resources is available to registered WCH affiliates. All materials are sourced directly from WCH upon request and are subject to review and approval before release.

Available resources include:

• Branded graphics and promotional banners
• Pay-per-click (PPC) keyword sets
• Promotional video content with embed codes
• Email outreach templates for affiliate campaigns
• Editorial and review article guidelines
