This feature is designed to protect fragile or delicate items by providing custom-fitted inserts or padding inside your chosen packaging. It not only safeguards during delivery but also enhances the unboxing experience with a professional, well-structured interior.

Available Variants

Required
For fragile or premium items, PEPE or internal nesting is added based on your packaging size:

• Small Packaging – Lightweight inserts for delicate items like candles, small jars, or accessories.

• Medium Packaging – Structured nesting to secure items such as wellness kits, medium jars, or keepsakes.

• Large Packaging – Full protective inserts for hampers, multiple-item bundles, or larger glassware sets.

Not Required
If your items are sturdy, already pre-packed, or do not require additional protection, you can opt out of this feature. This keeps costs minimal while still using your selected packaging style.

Lead Time & MOQ

• Lead Time: 7–10 days (faster if standard inserts are in stock).

• MOQ: Applied based on main packaging MOQ for custom packaging boxes only.

• Recommended for fragile, glass, ceramic, or premium items to avoid breakage.

• Inserts may vary in material (PEPE foam, cardboard cutouts, or molded pulp) depending on stock and suitability.

• Lead time may extend for custom-molded inserts that are made-to-size.

• Costs are calculated per packaging unit; bulk orders may qualify for adjusted pricing.
