Your WCH Collaborator Account
As part of your onboarding journey, you'll set up your WCH collaborator account. This gives you access to your personalised portal and keeps your progress on record.
What You'll Do:
- Create your account using your registered email address
- Set up your login credentials and security preferences
- Verify your email and activate your account
- Access your personalised collaborator dashboard
Why This Matters:
Your WCH account is your central hub for managing your collaboration with us. It's where you'll track your onboarding progress, access your programs, manage your schedule, and view your payouts.
Important:
Use the same email address you provided in Step 1 (WCH Discovery Call). This ensures your account is linked to your application and all your onboarding records are consolidated in one place.
What Happens Next:
Once your account is created and verified, you'll proceed to Step 3 (Collaborator Profile Submission) to begin your formal application.

Share your professional background, expertise, and specialization to start your collaboration journey with WCH.
What To Include:
- Professional background and years of experience
- Areas of specialization and certifications
- Previous corporate or group program experience
- Preferred program types and delivery formats
- Portfolio or supporting credentials (if available)
What Happens Next:
- Once your profile is submitted, the WCH team will review it in parallel. You may proceed with Step 4 (Confidentiality Agreement) in the meantime — your application will continue to be processed. We will be in touch should any further information be required.

3 Mandatory Forms . Program Materials . Media & Bio Upload
⚠️ This step is available once Step 4 (Confidentiality Agreement) is completed.
Upload your program materials, trainer bio, and supporting content across 3 mandatory forms to complete your onboarding setup. This information will be used to build and structure your program page, as well as position your portfolio and professional profile within the WCH platform.
⚠️ All 3 forms must be completed before your content can be reviewed and Step 6 unlocked:
Form 1 of 3 — Pool Program Selection
Select and submit the WCH pool programs you wish to deliver. Covers all standard WCH-curated programs available to collaborators.
Form 2 of 3 — Principal Program Upload
Submit details of your own proprietary programs, methodologies, and self-determined rates. Only applicable if you have principal programs to offer.
Form 3 of 3 — General Info & Media Upload
Upload your trainer bio, professional headshot, certifications, program imagery, and supporting media assets.
What Happens Next:
Once all 3 forms are submitted, the WCH team will review your content in parallel. You may proceed with Step 6 (Collaborator's Rate Card) in the meantime — your content review will continue. We will be in touch should any revisions be required.
