Wellness Circle Hub ("WCH") offers a curated range of wellness products, services, and programs — including Gift Sets, Gift Baskets, Individual SKUs, Wellness Retreats, Mindfulness Programs, Corporate Wellness Training, Mental Health Support Services, and Membership Programs.
1. Orders and Payments
1.1 Order Placement: Orders for products and bookings for services or programs can be placed through our website. By placing an order or booking, you confirm that all details provided are accurate and complete.
1.2 Acceptance: All orders and bookings are subject to acceptance and availability. WCH reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order or booking for any reason, including limitations on availability or inaccuracies in product, service, or pricing information.
1.3 Payment: Payment is required at the time of order or booking placement. We accept fund transfer, credit cards, FPX/online banking, PayPal, Amex, and Apple Pay.
2. Pre-Order Policy
2.1 Availability: If an item is out of stock or a service slot is pending confirmation, you may place a pre-order through our website.
2.2 Lead Time: Pre-orders require an additional 5 business days of lead time for preparation and fulfilment.
2.3 Confirmation: Once confirmed, WCH will provide an estimated delivery or service commencement date for your pre-order.
2.4 Changes and Cancellations: You may modify or cancel your pre-order within 24 hours of placement. Please contact our team for assistance.
2.5 Delivery: Pre-ordered products will be shipped once available. Delivery times may vary. Pre-ordered services will be confirmed with a scheduled date.
3. Shipping and Delivery
3.1 Shipping Methods: WCH offers Standard Shipping, Pre-Order Shipping, On-Demand Shipping (Klang Valley), and International Shipping. Full details are available on our Shipping Rates & Regions page.
3.2 Delivery Times: Delivery times vary depending on location, shipping method, and order type. Estimated timelines are provided at checkout and on our Shipping Rates & Regions page.
3.3 Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are calculated based on order value, weight, and destination. All rates shown are estimates — final charges are confirmed at checkout. For custom or manual orders, rates will be quoted directly by the WCH team.
3.4 Tracking: Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be provided where applicable.
3.5 Services & Digital Programs: Wellness services, programs, and digital content are not subject to physical shipping. Access or participation details will be communicated separately upon booking confirmation.
4. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
4.1 Physical Products — Returns: We accept returns within 3 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
4.2 Physical Products — Refunds: Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
4.3 Physical Products — Exchanges: Exchanges are subject to availability. Please contact our team for assistance.
4.4 Services & Programs — Cancellations: Cancellations for wellness services, retreats, or programs must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled commencement. Cancellations made within 48 hours of commencement are non-refundable.
4.5 Services & Programs — Refunds: Refunds for services are only applicable if WCH cancels or is unable to fulfil the booked session. Partially attended programs are non-refundable for the remaining sessions.
4.6 Memberships: Membership fees are non-refundable once the membership period has commenced. Members may cancel future renewal at any time before the next billing cycle.
5. Services and Programs
5.1 Participation: By booking a wellness service, retreat, program, or membership, you agree to participate in good faith and in accordance with any guidelines provided by WCH facilitators.
5.2 Health Disclaimer: WCH wellness content, programs, and services are for general wellness purposes only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Participants with pre-existing health conditions are advised to consult a qualified medical professional before participating.
5.3 Program Changes: WCH reserves the right to modify program schedules, facilitators, or content where necessary. Affected participants will be notified in advance where possible.
5.4 Digital Content: Access to digital programs or content is for personal use only and may not be shared, reproduced, or redistributed.
6. Privacy Policy
6.1 Collection of Information: We collect personal information to process orders, bookings, and memberships, and to improve our services. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Ownership: Unless otherwise stated, Wellness Circle Hub and/or its licensors own all intellectual property rights for all material on this website and platform. All intellectual property rights are reserved.
